Qualifications

  • MD or DO required and licensed in CT
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics subspecialty preferred
  • Residency completed; strong commitment to outpatient, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and children in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver team-based care
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and wellness
  • Utilize integrated EMR and participate in a supportive, collegial practice environment
