Northwell Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for our Brookfield Primary Care Practice in Connecticut. This outpatient role provides care to adults and children in a long-established, supportive team environment within a modern facility.

Employed position with Northwell Health Medical Practice offering a competitive compensation package including PTO, CME time, comprehensive benefits, and potential signing bonus and relocation stipend.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration.
• Have completed a Family Medicine Residency or an Internal Medicine AND Pediatric Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Off-hour coverage – Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient Brookfield practice for adults and children.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in a collaborative, team-based setting.
• Partner with multidisciplinary staff to promote wellness across an entire panel of patients.
