Job summary

RTD Talent Solutions represents a premier South Florida healthcare group seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD) for permanent, on-site roles based in Tamarac or Miami Gardens, Florida. The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to Medicare Advantage patients, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an MD with Florida license (ACN acceptable), board certification in primary care, and experience with Medicare

Qualifications

• MD with active Florida medical license or ACN certificate.
• Board certification in primary care.
• Experience treating Medicare Advantage/DSNP populations.
• Strong background in preventive care and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for Medicare Advantage and DSNP patients.
• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and preventive screenings.
• Support HEDIS measures, CMS Star Ratings, and HCC risk adjustment through documentation.
• Collaborate with specialists and care teams for referrals and transitions.
• Manage medication reconciliation and address barriers to care.
