Job summary

Sycamore Physician Contracting LLC seeks a Primary Care Physician for a permanent outpatient role in Florida. Focus on senior and Medicare Advantage patients, preventive care, and quality outcomes in a relationship-based care model.

Enjoy no nights or weekends, no hospital rounding, and a supportive team with clinical, pharmacy, care-coordination, and administrative backup. Active Florida license or eligibility is required; ACLS/BLS as needed; competitive compensation with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Preferred: 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Preferred: Medicare Advantage or value-based care experience; not required.
• ACLS/BLS as required for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart failure, and chronic kidney disease.
• Small patient panels with no overbooking.
• Relationship-based care with clinical, pharmacy, care-coordination, and administrative support.
