Job summary

Medicla on Demand is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led primary care team in Dundee, Florida. The role focuses on Medicare Advantage patients within a value-based care environment, with approximately 12–17 patients per day.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering an excellent benefits package and an immediate start. Applicants should have a Florida NP or PA license and at least 3 years of Managed Care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Florida NP or PA license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as NP/PA.
• At least 3 years of Managed Care experience.
• Medicare/MediCARE Advantage experience required.
• Familiarity with HEDIS measures and quality metrics.
• No new graduates; experienced providers only.
