Job summary

Nao Medical in Jackson Heights, NY is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide full-scope outpatient care across all ages. You’ll blend well-child visits, chronic disease management, and geriatrics with AI-assisted charting that reduces documentation time.

Earn a base salary of $230,000–$250,000 with up to $5,000 sign-on and up to $45,000 in quarterly incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package, CME allowance, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
• Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
• MAT certificate required
• DEA registration preferred
• Preferred: urgent care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Care for all ages: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Drive the workup: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Own the plan: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care.
• Chart smarter: Document visits in the EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives
