Nao Medical in Jackson Heights, NY is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver full-scope primary care with AI-assisted documentation. You will care for preventive and acute patients across the lifespan in a dynamic clinic where AI copilots streamline charting and allow more time with patients.

The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and opportunities to grow through monthly provider meetings, internal training, and leadership development.

Formación

• MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization.
• Active New York State NP license.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP).
• EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge required.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical care: perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and build treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions; order labs/imaging and refer when needed.
• Patient experience & clinic flow: ensure attentive care, optimize flow, run telemedicine visits, collaborate with medical assistants and support staff.
• Tech-enabled documentation: document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots to streamline reporting and compliance.
• Team collaboration & leadership: work with physicians and clinicians, mentor interns, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency.
• Flexibility & growth: participate in monthly provider syncs, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling across multiple options.

• Base Salary: $125,000-$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential, paid quarterly.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Clinical care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, and educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
• Patient experience & flow: Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams.
• Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support and admin, keeping records timely and compliant.
• Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency.
• Flexibility & growth: Join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, complete ongoing training, and stay flexible across multiple schedule options.

Requirements

MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization

Active New York State NP license

Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)

EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge

FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months

DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain

Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
