Job summary

Nao Medical in Canarsie, NY is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide full-scope outpatient care across all ages, including pediatrics. Base salary ranges from $230,000 to $250,000 with up to $5,000 signing bonus, up to $45,000 quarterly incentives, and a $1,000 CME allowance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems.
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams).
• MAT certificate required.
• DEA registration preferred.
• Preferred: urgent care/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Full‑Spectrum primary care: Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages, from pediatric well‑child visits through adult chronic disease management.
• Clinical evaluation and treatment: Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Pediatric care: Manage well‑child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and common pediatric conditions for families who want one provider for the whole household.
• Diagnostics and prescribing: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe medications and manage follow‑up care.
• Documentation and quality: Chart efficiently using EMR with AI‑powered tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

• $230,000 to $250,000 base salary (based on experience and schedule)
