Job summary

Nao Medical is seeking a physician for Bronx 174th to provide outpatient primary and urgent care across all ages, leveraging AI charting tools to reduce administrative burden.

Base pay ranges from $230K to $250K per year plus up to $45K in annual performance bonuses and up to $5K sign-on. Flexible schedule options and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds).
• Comfortable treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems.
• FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams).
• MAT certificate required.
• DEA registration preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care.
• Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives
