Nao Medical in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide full-scope outpatient care for all ages, from newborns to seniors, in a dynamic multi-specialty network.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice as an MD/DO in New York State.
• Residency completed in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Experience treating pediatric patients, including infants.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems.
• FMCSA certification within 3 months (CDL exams).
• MAT certificate required.
• DEA registration preferred.
• Urgen care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for all ages: outpatient primary and urgent care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up.
• Document visits in the EMR using AI charting and support quality initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Care for all ages: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Drive the workup: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Own the plan: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
• Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
• MAT certificate required
• DEA registration preferred
• Preferred: urgent care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
