Job summary

Nao Medical, a modern multyspecialty health network in New York, seeks a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY practice. You will deliver complete outpatient care for all ages, from well visits to chronic disease management, with AI-assisted charting to reduce documentation time.

Compensation includes base $230k–$250k, up to $5k sign-on, and up to $45k quarterly incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice as a Physician in New York State.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds).
• Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems.
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams).
• MAT certificate required.
• DEA registration preferred.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients of all ages in outpatient primary and urgent care.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care.
• Chart visits in the EMR using AI-assisted tools and support quality initiatives.
