Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice as a Physician in New York State
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months
• MAT certificate required
• DEA registration preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary and urgent care across all ages
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care
• Document visits in EMR using AI-assisted documentation tools

How You’ll Make an Impact

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State

Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems

Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
