We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our innovative value-based care organization, providing exceptional outpatient primary care services to adults and seniors. This full-time role is located in Leesburg, FL, and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the community's senior population. As part of a forward-thinking healthcare team, you will focus on delivering comprehensive, preventive, and chronic disease management care, with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a critical role in managing the health needs of adults aged 65 and older, with a patient-centered approach that prioritizes longer visit times and lower daily patient volumes. This ensures that whether you are experienced in value-based care or eager to learn, you will be well-prepared for success in this model.

The organization is committed to supporting your professional growth and well-being, offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a collaborative, mission-driven workplace culture.
