Job summary

Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties (CHC) in Corvallis, Oregon, seeks a Primary Care Practitioner for an intermittent position not to exceed 1,040 hours in a fiscal year. The CHC serves a diverse safety-net population with a patient-centered, team-based model and emphasis on prevention and chronic disease management.

The ideal candidate will hold an unrestricted Oregon MD/DO license, pass a background check, and be board eligible/certified in a primary care specialty.

• MD/DO with unrestricted Oregon Medical License.
• Background check is required.
• Board eligibility/certification in a primary care specialty (FP or IM) is required.
