Job summary

One Medical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide in-office and tele-health care within a collaborative environment.

You will participate in Clinical Rounds, work with in-office and virtual teams, supervise NP/PA colleagues where needed, and pursue licensure in additional states as One Medical expands its virtual care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Internal/Family Medicine residency.
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• Active Arizona medical license prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training; perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Possibly obtain licensure/credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
