Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults within a value-based care framework in Florida. You will develop long-term preventive relationships, work with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver evidence-based care focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• ACN-certified physicians encouraged to apply.
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$182,545.00

to

$273,819.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
