Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults in a Florida setting. You will build long-term patient relationships, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver value-based care using AthenaOne EMR.

Applicants should hold an active Florida license and a DEA license, with Medicare Advantage or population health experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
