Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new primary care practice in Groton, CT. This is a rare opportunity to help establish and grow a new site while delivering high-quality adult care in a modern, collaborative setting.

Enjoy a 100% office-based outpatient role with a Monday–Friday schedule. Optional teaching, strong leadership, and incentives are available within Hartford HealthCare's integrated network.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligible.
• Experience in primary care and outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Help establish and grow a new Groton site.
• Participate in a weekday schedule; teaching optional.

This is a rare opportunity to help establish and grow a new site from the ground up while delivering high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients in a modern and collaborative practice environment. Supported by Hartford HealthCare's integrated network, innovative technology, and physician leadership, you'll have the ability to build a thriving patient panel and create the practice experience you envision. Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
• Location: Groton, CT - a picturesque coastal town known for its beaches, vibrant village centers, and welcoming community atmosphere
• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about part-time and hybrid options if preferred)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support , Sign-on, Residency Stipend, Relocation
