Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our established primary care practice in Windsor, Connecticut. Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (birth and up, no OB)
• Location: Windsor, CT
• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care - Family Medicine
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about a 4 day work week option)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
