Job summary

Hartford HealthCare invites a Primary Care Physician to join an established Prospect, CT practice. The role focuses on 100% outpatient Family Medicine for patients from birth through adulthood, in a collaborative, weekday clinic with minimal call.

Offering guaranteed base plus uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on and relocation, with H1B cap-exempt status. Teaching is optional; enjoy a supportive team and modern Epic-based workflow.

Qualifications

• MD/DO medical degree and board-eligible/certified in Family Medicine or Med-Ped.
• Strong patient-care and clinical assessment skills for outpatient practice.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, office-based primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient Family Medicine care for birth through adulthood.
• Deliver evidence-based preventive and acute care in a weekday schedule.
• Participate in teaching optionally and support staff as needed.

Join an established, multi-provider primary care practice in Prospect, Connecticut, caring for patients across the lifespan, from birth through adulthood, with no obstetrics. Enjoy a collaborative practice environment, a weekday schedule with minimal call, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and families. Conveniently located in New Haven County, Prospect offers a welcoming community setting with easy access to surrounding towns and amenities.

Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (birth and up, no OB)
• Location: Prospect, CT - a picturesque suburban town of about 10,000 residents, centrally located in New Haven County with easy access to Hartford and New Haven.
• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Family Medicine - Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about a 4 day work week)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: minimal, averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support , Sign-on Bonus, Relocation
