Carbon Health is hiring a Primary Care Physician for a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. You will join a national network delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative setting and lead a team of MAs/PA-Cs using advanced digital tools.

Formación

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an unrestricted DEA license.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state.
• BLS certification required prior to first day.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret X-rays, labs and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support assistance.
• Provide leadership for MA and support staff.
• Supervise PAs/NPs.
• Manage a patient panel with a focus on quality outcomes.

Your Role

As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)

About You

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
• Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
• Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
• Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
• Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$255,000-$365,200

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location. We comply with all applicable state and local wage and hour laws.
