Carbon Health is hiring a Primary Care Physician for a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. You’ll join a national network focused on high-quality care, supported by CarbyOS and AI-powered tools that reduce administrative burden.

As a board-certified MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine, you’ll lead a collaborative team, supervise PAs/NPs, and manage an adult patient panel with emphasis on outcomes while enjoying extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with unrestricted DEA license.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state.
• Patient-centered, relationship-driven care philosophy.
• Comfortable providing basic women’s health services.

• Strong teamwork and respectful collaboration.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required before start date.

Your Role

As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams

• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears

• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans

• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)

• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs

• Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance

• Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff

About You

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state

• Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care

• Comfortable providing basic women’s health services

• Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care

• Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment

• BLS and/or ACLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$249,600-$354,720

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
