Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified Primary Care Physician to join our nationwide network. This role features a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off to support personal well-being while delivering patient-centered care.

You’ll lead a collaborative clinical team, conduct history and physicals, provide basic women’s health services, interpret tests, and manage patient panels. A competitive base salary with incentives is offered, supported by CarbyOS EHR.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance.
• Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff.
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs.
• Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes.

Your Role

As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$249,600 - $354,720

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
