Millennium Physician Group seeks a Physician, General / Primary Care to provide comprehensive physician services across the lifespan in our ambulatory primary care practice.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs using evidence-based medical practice, including comprehensive health assessments, diagnostic evaluation, medication management, preventive services, chronic disease management, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Collaborates with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Performs office-based procedures as part of primary care responsibilities.
