Job summary

HealthTrac at Health Solutions in Pueblo, CO is hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our Family Practice. The role focuses on comprehensive primary care for adults and children, with duties across exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuous, whole-person care.

We offer a signing bonus of $5,000 after orientation, $2,500 after 1 year, and $2,500 after 2 years, plus a robust benefits package including retirement plans

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
• D.E.A. registration in good standing.
• Current CPR/ACLS per employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan including health assessments, exams, diagnostics, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to support accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans, prescribe medications and preventive interventions.
• Deliver preventive services such as wellness visits, vaccinations, screenings, and routine check-ups.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
