Job summary

Pueblo Community Health Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, integrated care network in Pueblo, CO. This role offers a guaranteed annual compensation between $261,000 and $333,000 and a supportive team, with no weekends or holidays.

The PCP will deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families across the lifespan, working within a multidisciplinary team to promote whole-person care and better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• DEA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care across the lifespan.
• Deliver preventive, chronic, and acute care within an integrated care model.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, perinatal, dental, pharmacy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
