Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join our established primary care team. Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care and chronic disease management.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $250,000 to $350,000 per year plus performance-based incentives, with a modern tech stack including Navina, Ambience, and athenahealth to streamline documentation and patient care.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Current, unrestricted medical license in AZ or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
Perform patient evaluations and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with individualized plans.
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Educate patients on preventive health and treatment options.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, specialists, and other care team members to coordinate patient care.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
Follow established clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices to support quality patient outcomes.
