You’ll work a 4-day week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off, focusing on patient-centered care for adults and basic women’s health. This role includes collaboration with a national network and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Certified NP or PA with an active state license.
• Current national certification and unrestricted DEA license.
• At least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience.
• BLS certification is required before your first day with Carbon Health.
• Comfortable providing adult care and basic women’s health services.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient histories and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret X-rays, lab results, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow efficiently with support from Central Support.
• Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff.

Your Role

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$132,600-$208,700

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
