Carbon Health is hiring a Primary Care Physician in Sacramento for a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. This role offers a sign-on or relocation bonus and strong growth opportunities within a national network.

You will deliver patient-centered care for adults, lead a clinician team, and use CarbyOS to streamline documentation and care delivery in a collaborative, technology-forward clinic.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an unrestricted DEA license.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state.
• Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care.
• Comfortable providing basic women's health services.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care.
• Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment.
• BLS certification is required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women's health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support assistance.
• Provide leadership for the MA and support team.
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs.
• Manage a patient panel with quality outcomes.

Your Role

What You'll Do

About You

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$260,000-$367,200

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
