Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in a national network with a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off to support work-life balance and patient-centered care.

You will practice in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment using CarbyOS EHR, leading a team of clinicians and support staff while focusing on quality outcomes and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with unrestricted DEA license.
• Licensed to practice in the appropriate state (or eligible).
• BLS certification is required before the first day.
• Experience in primary care with women’s health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support assistance.
• Provide leadership for MAs and support staff.
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs.
• Manage a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes.

Your Role

As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$239,200-$342,240

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
