Job summary

Carbon Health is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join a national network with a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off. You’ll deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative team, using CarbyOS and AI-powered tools to streamline clinical workflows.

The role emphasizes growth, opportunity, and competitive compensation with incentives tied to performance metrics. Board-certified MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine, DEA license, and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with active license.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• Licensed to practice in your state.
• BLS certification required before your first day with Carbon Health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs; manage patient flow with support.
• Provide leadership for MA and support staff.
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs.
• Manage a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes.

Your Role

As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

About You

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
• Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
• Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
• Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
• Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$280,800-$392,160

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
