Carbon Health in Sacramento is seeking a Board-certified Primary Care Physician for a four-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. This role offers a competitive base salary, wrVUs incentives, and the chance to work with our CarbyOS EHR in a collaborative, tech-enabled network.

You will lead a team of MAs and support staff, provide adult care and basic women's health services, and participate in clinical research opportunities across select clinics.

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$260,000-$367,200

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location. We comply with all applicable state and local wage and hour laws.
