Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our national network. You’ll deliver compassionate care in a high-performing, collaborative team, with a 4-day work week, no call, and holidays off. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, innovation, and technology-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with DEA license
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
• Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
• Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
• BLS certification is required before your first day with Carbon Health

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs
• Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
• Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
• Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
• Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes

Your Role

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$255,000-$365,200

Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location. We comply with all applicable state and local wage and hour laws.
