Job summary

Conviva Primary Care in Winter Haven, FL, seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adults and seniors at the on-site Winter Haven clinic. You will document thoroughly, manage chronic conditions, and deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative team.

The role supports a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with a sign-on bonus up to $60,000, strong benefits, and dedicated CME time to promote ongoing learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine required.
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric, family or internal medicine.
• Florida license or willingness to obtain one; valid DEA license.
• Two+ years of primary care, geriatric care, or chronic condition management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

As a Primary Care Physician You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Venice, FL and report to the associate medical director.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Required Qualifications

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
