True North Consultants, Inc. in the Greater Sacramento area seeks a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a mission-driven community health center.

The role requires MD or DO, board certification, California license, 2+ years post-residency, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or Russian. Compensation ranges from $231,000 to $300,000 annually, with standard weekdays and option for a 4-day 10-hour shift.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• 2+ years of post residency experience; no new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly.
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications.

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)
