A mission-driven community health center in the Greater Sacramento area seeks a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. Candidates must hold an MD or DO, possess an active California medical license, and have 2+ years of experience. Bilingual skills are strongly preferred. Compensation: $231,000 – $300,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

We are seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven community health center serving diverse and underserved populations. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications
