Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for the Greater Sacramento area, joining a mission-driven community health center that serves diverse and underserved populations. The role emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with CA license, Board Certification/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, and 2+ years post-residency experience.

• Community health center or FQHC experience preferred
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications

Compensation: $231,000 – $300,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)
