Responsibilities include exams, ordering tests, prescribing, and coordinating referrals. Strong EMR skills and bilingual Spanish/English are required; relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform complete physical exams and preventative care services.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging (including X-rays, CTs, MRIs as appropriate).
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.
• Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Provide follow-up care and patient education to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and other clinical teams to support integrated care.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of clinical support staff as needed.
• Participate in community health education initiatives.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies within the clinical setting.

Job Type: Full Time. Monday - Friday. 8a-4:30p with one evening shift.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
