UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine to join Horizon Family Medicine located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.

About Horizon Family Medicine:

• Horizon Family Medicine is located at the Hermitage Outpatient Center.
• Join a team of one physician and two APPs care for 14‑18 patients per day.
• Participate in a large Family Medicine call group consisting of 18 providers.
• Resources in the practice and within the outpatient center include X‑ray, Diabetic Retinal exams, Orthopedic care, CRS (Rehab), and pediatrics.
• Mammography, lab, and X‑ray within a half a mile from the Outpatient Center.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA certification
