This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with patients and staff
• Apply sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations
• Support quality improvement initiatives and operational processes

Qualifications
