Top Echelon LLC is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist in Pittsburg, PA, to provide patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center. The role includes comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an in-person setting.

Compensation ranges from $230K to $280K annually plus a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should hold an MD/DO and PA license or be eligible, with experience in community health preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
