Job summary

Humana's Conviva Senior Primary Care clinic in New Braunfels is hiring a Primary Care Physician for full-time, onsite work. You will deliver outpatient care to adults and seniors, document medical records, and coordinate with specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with an unrestricted license and Board Certification in Family/Internal/Geriatric Medicine. TB screening may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

• Participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.

The Physician serves as a health-care professional who can handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

This role will require you to work onsite at our New Braunfels clinic. You will report to our Associate Medical Director.

Main Responsibilities

• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.


• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
