MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our client in Haines City, FL. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and will provide comprehensive care, diagnose, treat, educate patients, and coordinate with specialists to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include BE/BC in Family or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics, Florida license or willingness to obtain, and at least 1 year of managed care experience.

Formación

• Valid medical degree BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Current Florida medical license or willing to obtain.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Minimum 1 year managed care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Examine and diagnose patients, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and health maintenance
• Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments
• Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Communicate with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care
• Keep detailed medical records and document patient care activities

Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients while working both independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. This position requires strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Primary Care Physician - Duties and Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose patients, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and health maintenance
• Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $230K w/ productivity bonus.
