Job summary

Mascmedical is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Spanish Bilingual) to join our Florida network in Clermont on a full-time basis. The role offers a base salary up to $280,000 with performance bonuses and strong clinical support.

We provide a supportive infrastructure to minimize administrative burdens, relocation assistance, CME allowance with paid time off, and a comprehensive PTO package. Florida license or eligibility is required.

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician tojoin a growing, physician-focused healthcare organization on a full-time,permanent basis. This established network of primary care clinics servescommunities throughout Florida and is dedicated to providing high-quality,patient-centered care.

Providers are supported by a strong operational infrastructure thatminimizes administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus on deliveringexceptional care and building meaningful patient relationships. Theorganization emphasizes collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, andimproving long-term patient outcomes.

• Base salary: $250,000–$280,000,depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
