Job summary

National Staffing Solutions seeks a Board-certified Primary Care Physician for a permanent position in Cincinnati, OH. The role offers a salary of $250k-$265k plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with 50% match.

The outpatient FQHC setting supports a team-based approach with social work, care management, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, and nutrition. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with patient volume around 10-12 daily.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with active license.
• Current unrestricted medical license required.
• Current DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physician services including counseling patients on appropriate care settings, performing diagnostic evaluations and treatment, and informing about specialist services and end-of-life programs.
• Works in a multidisciplinary team with social work, care management, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, etc., and facilitates plans of care.
• Collaborates with team members to process feedback and implement coordinated care plans.

Details of the Primary Care Physician / MD opportunity:

Schedule: M- F / 8am -5pm

FQHC Outpatient Setting: Patient Census: 10-12 patients a day

Direct Reports: No

• Provides physician services including counseling patients regarding the most appropriate setting to meet their healthcare needs, performing diagnostic evaluations and treatment, providing the appropriate information regarding specialist services, and end of life program
• Work in a team environment (with social work, care management, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, etc.), process feedback, and facilitate discussion and implementing plans of care from other members of the team

Qualifications of the Primary Care Physician / MD

• Current Unrestricted license
• Must have a minimum of 2 years full time experience practicing as a board-certified physician
