CareerNerds, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge primary care practice, emphasizing relationship-based care with a dedicated support team.

You will see 8–10 patients per day on outpatient days, share call, and collaborate with nutritionists, mental health specialists, and other professionals, while benefiting from strong compensation, CME support, malpractice coverage, and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Compensation: Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.
