Job summary

Joseph Michaels International in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician for outpatient practice with a concierge approach. Compensation starts at $200K per year and can rise to $350K per year once a full patient panel is achieved.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 200 patient-facing days per year, and no inpatient inpatient care required. A collaborative, team-based environment with support staff, relocation negotiable, and comprehensive benefits is

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
