Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its concierge medical team in Charlotte, NC. This outpatient role offers a starting compensation of $200K per year with potential to grow to $350K after achieving a full patient panel.

You will see 8–10 patients daily, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and receive full administrative and clinical support, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.
