Job summary

Your Talent Team is helping a physician-led concierge group in Charlotte, NC fill a Primary Care Physician role. This outpatient position features a Monday–Friday schedule, limited call, and aims for a growing patient panel.

Compensation starts at $200K and can rise to $350K per year with a full patient panel. Includes comprehensive benefits and relocation support negotiable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with preventive health focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by focusing on prevention and wellness.

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.

• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
