Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led concierge group. Outpatient-focused, Monday–Friday with limited call and 200 patient-facing days per year.

The successful candidate will provide relationship-based primary care, see 8–10 patients daily, supervise a support team, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group. Competitive compensation with growth to full panel and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with preventive health focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Compensation: Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year
